BABIES BABIES

I haven't produced a new page in some time. I guess I was filled with a lot of thoughts and feelings that I just couldn't put to paper or web page.

But, the time has come to update the happenings in my family's life for the past few months.

Just after Thanksgiving we lost Theresa, Bakken's mother.

It was not expected and very hard on all of us.

She will be so missed and was so loved by all who knew her!

Then, Xmas Eve, our close friend, Vicki, lost her life and left a another void in our lives that I don't know how to fix.

She was such a fun loving and caring person. A great mother to Jordann and a great wife to John. She always made me see the fun in life. One of her passions was Crystal Lake and many nights were spent there with her palm tree and flamingos all around us.

I can't seem to get around the fact that I will not see her again! Talk to her, or have her in my life as I had for the past 20 years!

Sometimes it is hard to understand what the big plan is!

Because we were waiting for the sun to shine! and Because we had never purchased a new sofa before! We decided to buy a sofa/recliner! Pretty cool and we can now watch tv in the living room! What a unique idea!

The cats and husband like it! But.....we just lost the basketball game to UNLV so I guess, although comfortable....we have to take the good with the bad!

Winter has been rough on all of us!

I probably should have brought that flower pot inside!

I have another hobby and I'm hooked!

I don't have room in any of my windows at this point!

Probably should have added more windows to the house?
